I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason, and any request I am not comfortable with especially if its in my no section or it includes one or more of my ocs. I do not need a reason, or an explanation for why either.

Please provide a clear reference sheet for me to draw your oc, or provide me with more then one reference.

I will not draw somebody else's OC if they didn't consent to their oc being used in the artwork, characters from existing IPS don't count as there is a difference between marvels rocket raccoon, and greg the furry's fursona Greg the raccoon.

Payment is upfront after discussing the commission, I will ask for an email + discord to invoice you. Payment must be done within 48 hours of an invoice being sent.

I will not do refunds for art that is already finished, and I will only do refunds if there certain circumstances where I am an unable to complete your drawing.

I use cashapp, and paypal as payment processors, I will only accept USD as payment, and not any other type of currency.

After payment I will begin working on your commission, you will be updated frequently via either email or discord.

All revisions during the sketching/lining process are free, but once I have started the coloring/shading stage I won't be doing any revisions afterwards.

I do not do deadlines, and a commission can finished either really quickly within a few days, to 1-2 weeks, to a month or two depending on the complexity of the drawing, my energy levels, or how many coms I have taken before it.

If anything serious has happened to me during the process of doing your commission, I will reach out directly to the client to let them know what has happened.

Any commissioned work I make for a client is for personal uses only, a client however is allowed to make personal merch for themselves however as long as they have no intention on selling it or profiting off of it.

Editing, removing, or altering my logo/signature from the art is prohibited entirely.

Do not alter the artwork I have made you, unless I give permission to do so.

Do not in under ANY circumstances use my art to harrass people, or spread hateful or bigoted messages.

Do not claim that you made the artwork I made you if yours, or if the artwork contains my ocs, do not claim you made them either.

My art is not to be used for AI machine learning, for NFT reasons, or use in cryptocurrency.

You are allowed to upload the art to a noncommercial gallery such as FA, your website, discord servers, etc. As long you give me credit or a link back.

You are actually in fact allowed to request a commission with my ocs, or containing my ocs, I do however warn that I won't accept every idea a client might have for them though. My ocs can be viewed on my toyhouse here.

Yes I will draw a client art using characters from existing IPS, my will/won't draw for IPS is at the top of this page.

Anybody who violates my rules/boundaries I will bar from future purchases, they will also be blocked, have their com cancelled/denied by me.

I will not do discounts if you're a regular customer or a friend, discounts are only for certain special occasions, and I simply don't give them out to anyone.
